I was really hoping I wouldn't like this bag as much as I do because of the price but it truly is worth every penny. I've been using it for 3 years and usually take a lot to uni (lunchbox, water bottle, books, laptop, stethoscope) and have never had shoulder problems from the weight. Spacious bag but not overly big with accomodating straps. The inside pockets help to keep everything easy to find, organised and accessible. Usually not a fan of tote bags because of getting a sore shoulder, but I have not had any issues at all with this bag despite the large amount of stuff I have to take to uni with me. Received this in the mail and 10 mins later was on the bus to uni with it! Definitely recommend this bag!!
